Once processed, your order will be dispatched and shipped to your delivery address.

Orders are first shipped from our international supplier network to our Australian processing facility. Once the shipment arrives in Australia and clears customs, the parcel is verified, inspected, and repacked to ensure quality and accuracy.
After this process, the parcel is dispatched via Australia Post for final delivery to your address.
You will receive an Australia Post tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched locally so you can track the delivery online.
